Healthbay.com.au uses Australia Post to deliver all orders in Australia.
We charge a flat fee of $4.90 per order for delivery and insurance, regardless of the number of products you have orders or the weight of your order.
Your satisfaction is our priority and as such we will despatch most orders within 1 business day Monday to Friday assuming all the products you have ordered are in stock. You will be notified by email if there is any delivery delays expected on in stock or back ordered products.
Most Backorder products will be despatched within 7 business days of receiving an order. You will be shown if a product is on backorder at the time of adding a product to cart. If any further delays are expected you will be notified by email, giving you the opportunity to change or cancel the order.
