Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and as such this return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please ensure you have read the return policy carefully so you are aware of your rights and obligations.


Change of Mind Return


If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order you can return the product for a refund or exchange provide that the following conditions are met:


  • The product is not excluded from change of mind returns, see list below.
  • The products must be unopened and in a saleable condition.
  • You must return the product within 14 days of receiving your order.



Products Which Change of Mind Return is Not Available


Healthbay will not under any circumstances accept returns for the following product categories under the change of mind returns.


  • Over the counter Medicines
  • Vitamin, health and sport supplements


Under the change of mind return scenario, you the customer are responsible for the cost of returning the product.


Other Returns


Healthbay will accept returns and provide a full refund or exchange in the following cases:


  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is faulty or unsafe or not of an acceptable quality.
  • The product is significantly different to what was described.


Under these scenario’s Healthbay will cover the cost of return postage.



How to Return


If you would like to return a product please go to the Contact Us page, select the appropriate return enquiry category and let us know the following information:


  • Reason for return
  • Order Number
  • Preference of either replacement or refund



If the return is change of mind we will send you a return reference and address to return the product too, if the return is due to some form of fault we will send you a prepaid return label.


Once we receive the product back and if the return requirements have been met we will either process you replacement or refund within 2-3 days of receiving the return.
